Therapy for Parents in Long Island, NY
You're exhausted from constantly walking on eggshells, questioning your parenting, and feeling like nothing is working.
therapy for overwhelmed parents: mind-body support for stress, guilt, & burnout.
You love your kids, but lately it feels like you're running on empty. The stress, the guilt, the constant pressure to hold it all together—it’s taking a toll on your mind, your body, and your sense of self. You’ve been putting everyone else first for so long, you’ve forgotten what you need to feel grounded and whole.
This is a space just for you. Through mind-body therapy, we’ll slow things down and reconnect with what your body has been trying to tell you. Using movement, mindfulness, and expressive practices, you’ll release built-up tension, process stuck emotions, and rediscover your strength. You deserve support, not just as a parent—but as a person.
I’m here for you.
You’re allowed to slow down and speak up for what you need.
Parenting has stretched you thin. You're constantly giving—emotionally, mentally, physically—and it's starting to show. The irritability, the sleepless nights, the tightness in your chest… it’s not just stress; it’s your body asking for support. In our therapy sessions, we focus on mind-body awareness so you can recognize what your system needs to recharge, not just survive.
Feel familiar?
Struggling with burnout, resentment, and the pressure to be everything for everyone.
Ready to stop putting your needs last and finally take care of yourself, too.
Wishing that you could feel more present, calm, and connected in both parenting and life.
Hoping you can find a space to breathe, heal, and feel like you again.
Here’s what we’ll do together
Therapy for Parents can help you feel more grounded, set healthier boundaries, & reconnect with yourself.
Through dance/movement therapy, we gently reconnect you with your body’s natural wisdom. You don’t need to be a dancer—just willing to explore how emotions live in your body. We’ll use guided movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to help you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and feel more grounded. These tools support long-term change, not just quick fixes.
Many parents come to me saying, “I feel like I’ve lost myself.” Therapy is where you begin to find yourself again. Whether you're dealing with parenting burnout, anxiety, or grief from life transitions, we’ll work together to process those heavy emotions and build coping strategies that actually fit into your life. You don’t have to carry this alone anymore.
When all is said and done, here’s the thing:
You are more resilient than give yourself credit for—especially on the days that feel the hardest.
What we’ll work on
Imagine a life where…
01 you feel energized throughout the day
You wake up with a clearer mind and a lighter body. Instead of moving through the day in survival mode, you feel more present, centered, and connected—to yourself and those around you.
02 you can feel confident in your decisions
You trust your inner voice and stop second-guessing yourself. Whether it’s a parenting choice or setting a boundary, you make decisions from a place of clarity, not guilt or fear.
03 you have the space & time to rediscover yourself
You remember that you’re more than just a parent. You begin to reconnect with the parts of you that have been tucked away—your creativity, your needs, your joy—and give them room to breathe again.

Reignite the PASSION you’ve been longing for.
Change is possible. I’ll help you get there.
