What services do you offer?

50 minute Individual Therapy sessions for teens and adults in person in Rockville Centre, NY or virtually throughout New York State.
How do I get started?

Do you take insurance?

I am an out of network therapy provider. I offer courtsey billing using a service called Thrizer. You pay your fee and you get reimbursed (based on your insurance plan) by your insurance. Find out here if you have out of network benefits.
What are your fees?

Fees for individual therapy is $250 for a 50 minute session.
WHAT NOW?
Book a free 15 minutes consultation call. During this call we will discuss why you are reaching out for therapy, spend time getting to know each other, and I can answer any questions you may have about my work. You can schedule a call with me directly on my calendar here, or by completing a contact form.
Towards the end of our call together we will discuss logistics including scheduling a weekly time to meet. I explain the required paperwork to begin.
Begin feeling joy again! This process may involve you exploring the fear, uncertainty, and self doubt by using ACT and Dance/Movement Therapy techniques. At times I may assign homework or a book to read.
