Hi! I’m Angie
As a Licensed Creative Art Therapist and Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist in Long Island, NY, I support highly sensitive teens, young adults, and parents navigating emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, perfectionism, and life transitions. I help you move from feeling stuck, disconnected, or burned out into greater confidence, self-trust, and emotional balance.
My approach integrates talk therapy with dance/movement therapy, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and ACT to support lasting change through both mind and body—especially when words alone aren’t enough.
I specialize in supporting teens and young adults with anxiety, self-esteem challenges, emotional regulation, and perfectionism, as well as parents seeking deeper connection and understanding with their children. In-person sessions in Long Island and virtual therapy across New York State.
