  1. Book a free 15 minutes consultation call. During this call we will discuss why you are reaching out for therapy, spend time getting to know each other, and I can answer any questions you may have about my work. You can schedule a call with me directly on my calendar here, or by completing a contact form.

  2. Towards the end of our call together we will discuss logistics including scheduling a weekly time to meet. I explain the required paperwork to begin.

  3. Begin feeling joy again! This process may involve you exploring the fear, uncertainty, and self doubt by using ACT and Dance/Movement Therapy techniques. At times I may assign homework or a book to read.
