Therapy for Perfectionism in Rockville Centre, NY

Reconnect with your body, trust yourself again, and rediscover joy.

Does this sound familiar?

Your mind never seems to slow down, and your body rarely feels relaxed

You overthink everything, yet still worry you're getting it wrong

You hold yourself to impossibly high standards and feel disappointed when you can't meet them

You carry stress in your body through tension, restlessness, headaches, or difficulty sleeping

You feel disconnected from your own needs because you're focused on meeting everyone else's expectations

You struggle to trust yourself and constantly seek reassurance

You know you're capable, but you rarely feel like you're doing enough

You miss feeling calm, present, and connected to yourself

You want to stop merely getting through the day and start enjoying your life again
