I’m Angie, and I help individuals and families just like you. Kid, Teens, or adults that have it within them to overcome life’s challenges and create meaningful, fulfilling lives, but just need the support to get there. I help my clients find confidence, clarity, and peace by equipping them with the tools they need to better understand themselves and build resilience.
Many of today’s solutions for mental health struggles are overly rigid or one-size-fits-all, leading so many to feel stuck in their growth or like they’re not making real progress. I know that your journey is unique and deserves a dynamic, personalized approach. Working together, we’ll create a path forward that honors who you are and the life you want to live. Circumstances are unique, so every step we take is tailored specifically to you, always with your personal goals and values at the forefront.
First, we explore the underlying patterns, beliefs, and emotions that may be contributing to the challenges you’re facing, whether that’s overwhelming anxiety, relationship struggles, or feeling stuck in a life transition. Then, we work on practical strategies and transformative tools—like mindfulness techniques, effective communication skills, and embodied practices—that will empower you to navigate these difficulties with confidence and clarity.
Through our work together, you’ll gain the insight, skills, and resilience needed to overcome obstacles and create a life where you feel connected, balanced, and genuinely fulfilled.
My training in Dance/Movement Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and talk therapy means I have the expertise you need and deserve when working through life transitions, healing relationships, or managing overwhelming emotions. But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who gets what it means to be an individual or family struggling with feeling stuck, unheard, or disconnected, right?
I get it because I’ve devoted my career to helping individuals and families navigate these challenges with empathy and care. I know that sometimes you feel exhausted, like nothing you do is enough, or you just want to give up on trying. So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist—you’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through and is here to guide you every step of the way.
