Low self-esteem can hold you back from pursuing goals or hinder your child’s ability to engage confidently in school and social settings, which is why I work to build resilience and a positive sense of self.

Major life transitions—such as parental separation, grief and loss, or starting a new school—can disrupt routines and create emotional strain, but I provide support to help children, teens, and adults adjust and thrive. For children facing bullying, peer pressure, or struggles with friendships, I offer strategies to strengthen their social skills and coping abilities. Additionally, I guide families through difficult changes like divorce or domestic violence, helping them rebuild trust and create a healthier dynamic.

Hi! My name is Angie, and I am here to help.

I provide a place to overcome negative self talk and the fear of the unknown by using mindfulness, somatic techniques, and talk therapy. My clients walk away from therapy feeling an increase in self confidence, an ability to not let negative thoughts control their lives, and empowered to manage difficult situations that they may encounter.
